About

Our Story

Dr. Halpern attended The Pennsylvania State University and The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, now Salus University, and earned B.S. and O.D. degrees. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps and was president of The Pennsylvania Optometric Association. He has been in practice in Norristown for more than 40 years.
